Bathed in natural light, the open plan layout provides a versatile canvas for brand campaigns, product shoots, corporate content and creative activations. A beautifully designed Mediterranean inspired staircase acts as a striking hero feature, adding architectural interest and depth to every frame. Upstairs, a dedicated boardroom creates a secondary zone ideal for meetings, styling, hair and makeup, or an additional filming setup — allowing productions to operate seamlessly across multiple areas.
