A converted warehouse space in Rosebery, six kilometres south of Sydney's CBD, where polished concrete floors, factory windows and white painted columns give way to one of the more unexpected courtyards in the city. Patterned encaustic tiles, full grown trees in weathered ceramic pots and white French doors create a botanical alleyway that reads as distinctly European and photographs beautifully in any season.

The main floor is a generous open plan space; high polished concrete, white walls, track lighting and original factory glazing that pulls natural light deep into the interior throughout the day. A panelled white reception desk, curated furniture and a considered mix of black steel and linen give the space a refined edge without losing its raw industrial bones. Multiple zones across the floor plate allow productions to work across distinct setups without resetting the whole space.

A staircase leads to a secondary level, with the full run of the building available across both floors for larger productions and events.
