The Space
A 1,200 square metre industrial warehouse venue in Melbourne, built for productions and events that demand both raw character and professional grade infrastructure. Industrique combines exposed brick walls, concrete floors, seven metre high ceilings and 88 square metres of south facing windows with a technical production capability that most venues of this aesthetic cannot match.
The space is acoustically treated throughout — the sound quality is a genuine point of difference and consistently cited as unbeatable at this scale. In-house production includes comprehensive sound, lighting, DJ gear and visual production with audio and lighting technicians included, alongside a 36 panel LED screen running 6.9 metres by 1.7 metres at 1080p and a nine by four metre performance stage. Everything is set up and ready on arrival, removing the complexity and cost of sourcing external production equipment.
At 1,200 square metres of combined indoor and outdoor space, Industrique accommodates large scale events and productions comfortably; live music, brand activations, film shoots, corporate events and private celebrations all within a venue that adapts its configuration effortlessly. A full bar service operates seven days a week with a late night on-premise liquor license, and a venue manager, operations manager and security are included in the day rate alongside bar staff, venue furniture and clean up.
Additional inclusions at the $3,500 day rate: kitchen access, BYO catering, free parking and the full production setup as detailed above.
