More like an Australian art gallery than a home, this three-bedroom light filled apartment is more features over 250 art (and craft) pieces with the lower living area filled with Australian Street Art. The furniture features a who's who of Australian contemporary designers with highlight pieces including the Embro chair by Marc Newson, a G'Day chair straight from Expo 88 and our favourite lounge chair by DCM from the original Adelphi Hotel.

Each room has a wall of floor to ceiling windows facing south-west giving a beautiful light to each space whilst reducing sun glare. The lower living area also features a full-length plant filled balcony overlooking the low-rise section of Southbank towards the bay. This location is a unique take on modern Australian living making it ideal for photo shoots or smaller video shoots. Two undercover car parks are available if required.
